By logging in to the PFC Enterprises, LLC Customer Relationship Management Database, you hereby understand and agree to the following:

Authorized Users and Access: Access to this CRM and use of this information is restricted exclusively to persons who have been approved by the PFC Enterprises, LLC (“PFC”) because they are employees of PFC (“Authorized Users”). You agree to not share your username and password with anyone, including other employees. In order to maintain the security of this Database, each individual must register separately.

Confidentiality and Use of Materials: By accessing this Database, you agree to keep all information and materials confidential. You agree not to disseminate or otherwise provide any material obtained from the PFC CRM Database to any person not currently an Authorized User as defined under this Agreement.

Proprietary and Confidential Information: In the course of your relationship with PFC, you acknowledge that you may be required to examine, use, or create information, materials, or work products that are considered to be proprietary and confidential, including without limitation, “know- how,” trade secrets, customer lists, details of client or consultant contracts, pricing policies, operational methods, marketing plans or strategies, product development techniques or plans, business acquisition plans, new personnel acquisition plans, methods of production and distribution, technical processes, designs and design projects, and inventions and research projects of PFC (collectively “Proprietary and Confidential Information”). All information disclosed or otherwise made available to you by PFC, as well as all information, work product, materials, memoranda, notes, lists, records and other documents or papers (and all copies thereof), including such items stored in computer memories, created by you for PFC, shall be deemed to be Proprietary and Confidential Information belonging to PFC.

Reasonable Measures to Prevent Disclosure: You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and nondisclosure of the Proprietary and Confidential Information. As a part of these steps, you agree that you will disclose Proprietary and Confidential Information only to those persons whose knowledge of such information is reasonably necessary for you to fulfill your obligations to PFC. In addition to the foregoing, you represent and warrant to PFC that you adhere to a practice ensuring the protection of your own proprietary and confidential information and warrant that you shall employ at least the same degree of care for the Proprietary and Confidential Information as you employ to preserve and safeguard your own proprietary and confidential information of like nature, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care.

You may use this CRM and the materials you obtain from it only in connection with PFC-related business activity. Use for any other purpose, must be approved in advance in writing by an authorized representative of PFC. You must cease use of this CRM, destroy any materials you have already obtained from this website if you are no longer an authorized employee

Revocation of Access: Failure to abide by any of these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your access and other actions as may be deemed necessary to ensure the continuing confidentiality of materials and security of the PFC CRM. PFC reserves the right to revoke any user’s access for any reason without advance warning.
